At Antara, we strive to provide a smooth and premium shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if the return request is made on the same day of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The customer must contact us on the same day the product is delivered.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and original items must be returned.
  • Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchange Policy

If the same-day refund period has passed, customers may still request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

  • The product must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may exchange for:
    • The same product, or
    • Another product of equal value.

After 3 days from delivery, no exchange or refund requests will be accepted.


Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or modified.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The request is made outside the allowed time period.
  • The damage is caused by improper handling after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
