Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos of the damage.
- Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or support.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
